The Characters
Lars Frederick Olsen
Lars is an absent-minded stoner who lives in his own Volkswagen van, relies on intuition to get by in life, and has little material possessions. Yet, he is perfectly content with this lifestyle. Lars has no filter in social interactions, but also interacts with others oddly, as if he doesn't entirely understand how the world works. Sometimes he uses long pauses in his speech and forgets he's in the middle of a conversation. His friends like him because he's funny, even though he's a loser and has no clear goals in life. Smells like a slurry of cigarettes, pot, and BO.
Meridian Irene Bloomingdale
Meridian might seem like a cynical bitch upon first impression, but besides her tough exterior, she's pretty friendly. She's no-nonsense and tells it as it is, cracking jokes with her snarky sense of humor. Generally she has an easy going demeanor, but sometimes her bad temperament shows. She's very intelligent, but doesn't know it for herself yet. Loves glam rock. She lives with her police officer dad in their family home, which is usually quiet with the exception of the "occasional" party in the basement.
